ABOUT US

As a part of Aparajita Team, we not only bring the women empowerment message for you but we are also breaking down religious boundaries to focus on the evolution of Durga Puja in the ideological determinants of modernity.

We redefine tradition in our own way:

  • Our Durga Puja is led by our Woman Priest
  • We bring people together, and in the image of Maa Durga, we do not allow gender to stand in the way of our power
  • We do not segregate amongst devotees on the basis of caste, gender, Indian state of ancestry/origin, religion or marital status. For us - all devotees are equal
  • We bring the sense of community to our Puja by bringing Indian community from all states together to make this a successful event
